Lumber Yard Event Center
Lumber Yard Event Center can accommodate up to 250 guests in a setting of rustic charm. Ceilings are 12 feet tall and the room offers a large open space for a variety of uses. This reception hall opens onto the large covered patio of Grimes Memorial Garden, offering extended space for outdoor weddings, receptions, proms, and many other activities. Connellee Ground Floor
The historic lobby features a baby grand piano and offers rooms on either side for your events. The West Room will accommodate 25 guests, while the East Room will accommodate up to 70 guests. These rooms are perfect for showers, rehearsal dinners, and business meetings. A service kitchen is also located on this ground floor level.
The Grimes Memorial Garden
Nestled under a canopy of pecan trees, the beautifully landscaped Grimes Memorial Garden, with its bronze statues and fountain, offers the perfect place for outdoor weddings, receptions, and social events. Located on Main Street as part of the Connellee Hotel & Civic Center, Grimes Memorial Garden has a large open courtyard and large covered patio deck.
The Connellee Dispute Resolution Center
The Connellee Dispute Resolution Center (CDRC) on the 7th floor offers well appointed offices and conference rooms equipped to conduct a wide variety of business or legal activities. Wireless internet, flat screen monitor, and a coffee bar are available for your convenience.
